Hog Roasts
We offer a bespoke hog roast catering service for private functions - phone & book!
Slow roasted free range rare breed pig cooked slowly for 12 hours. Served with sage & onion stuffing, apple sauce, golden crispy crackling on a fresh soft roll from our local bakers in Ballater, Byron Bakery
We can also offer extras of:
Roasted new potatoes in a herb butter
Seasonal fresh salad
Homemade coleslaw
All served from staff onto recyclable wooden bamboo plates with wooden cutlery.
We set up and serve under a gazebo
Any leftover meat can be served onto a platter and left with you.
